Todd is a Sāmoan-palagi programme manager, writer, and creative writing teacher from Aotearoa New Zealand. For the past 15 years, he has developed and delivered programmes, events, and services across Aotearoa and Australia, including those with a focus on writing and literature, job skills, digital literacy, fine arts, crafts, and science. He completed a Masters of Creative Writing at the University of Auckland in 2016. His work has appeared in the Academy of New Zealand Literature, Aotearoa New Zealand Review of Books and The Three Lamps literary journal. He currently lives in Berlin, Germany.
